Warranty Policy
All new dental equipment and parts purchased from Capital Dental Equipment (CDE) will be subject to the manufactures original stated warranty. Refurbished dental equipment and parts purchased from CDE and installed by CDE or its authorized representatives will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the period states on the purchase invoice. If not stated, our standard warranty period is (a) One year from date of purchase (b) 90 days for labor. All equipment may be repaired or replaced under the warranty terms. Extended warranties may be available at an additional cost.
We will repair and/ or replace all defects of which the customer notifies Capital Dental Equipment in writing during the warranty period at no charge to the customer to the extent the defects are not the result in whole or part as the intentional, unintentional, or negligent act (s) of the customer, its owners, agents, employees, contractors, or representative of any kind.
Return Policy
It is our goal that you are entirely satisfied with your certified pre-owned x-ray equipment. If you experience any issues during your warranty period, please contact Capital Dental Equipment at 888-759-4287 or Contact Us for assistance. If the equipment is not repairable during the warranty period, then it may be replaced with a comparable system at a similar value. Returns and refunds of X-ray equipment, installed or on order, are not accepted.
Dispute Resolution
All disputes, controversies or differences arising in connection with the validity, execution, performance, breach, or
termination of this agreement shall be finally settled in an arbitration proceeding under the Rules of the
American Arbitration Association by three arbitrators in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules then in
effect. Selection of the arbitrators shall be as follows: Each party shall appoint one arbitrator within twenty (20) days
after the parties have agreed to go to arbitration, and those two arbitrators shall appoint a third arbitrator who shall act
as chairman, within a twenty (20) day period thereafter. If the parties fail to appoint the chairman within said period,
the parties will apply to the American Arbitration Association for appointment of the third arbitrator. The parties agree
to be bound by the findings of the arbitration. The arbitrators shall not be empowered to award punitive damages to
any party. The non-prevailing party shall bear prevailing party’s expenses of the arbitration, including reasonable
attorneys’ fees and other costs and expenses incurred in connection with the prosecution or defense of such arbitration.
Shipping Policy
Capital Dental Equipment ships only to US destinations. Shipping time can vary based on location and/or equipment installation schedule.
Equipment shipping costs are fixed and are calculated based on equipment type. Shipping costs will automatically populate for online orders, or may be manually added to sales orders for other transactions. Replacement parts covered under warranty are shipped free of charge.
